Bio Resonance Body Scan Bio-resonance assessment
A different way of gathering information about your wellbeing
At Tuned Up, we use the Biophilia Tracker X5 Ultra as part of our complementary bio-resonance and bio-information assessment service.
The assessment is designed to provide additional information about frequency patterns and energy measurements associated with different areas of the body. We then review this information with you as part of a wider conversation about your wellbeing, lifestyle and individual goals. The process is non-invasive, and you can watch the assessment taking place on screen as the system works through the selected areas.
Bio-resonance is offered as a complementary wellbeing service and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent illness or disease, or to replace appropriate medical assessment or treatment.
What does the assessment involve?
The Biophilia Tracker X5 Ultra provides several different scanning options.
Its full-body scanning function is designed to assess the major organs and tissues of the body. The software provides a large number of selectable areas for assessment, allowing the practitioner to examine different parts of the body in greater detail where appropriate.
The system also provides information relating to energy levels and Optimum Dispersion (OD) values. These are measurements generated by the software which can be reviewed as part of the assessment. The information generated is then considered alongside your individual circumstances rather than being viewed in isolation.
Understanding frequency patterns and energy readings
The Biophilia system is based around frequency-based measurements and analysis. During an assessment, the software produces readings which can be displayed in different ways, including energy levels and numerical measurements.
These readings can provide additional information for discussion and may help us decide which areas are appropriate to explore in greater detail during your session.
It is important to understand that these are system-generated measurements. They should not be interpreted as conventional clinical measurements or as a medical diagnosis.
More detailed assessment
For particular areas, the X5 Ultra provides additional scanning functions. The system’s Ultra Scan is described in the manufacturer’s manual as a function that can examine the microstructure and DNA of an organ.
At Tuned Up, this information is treated as part of the wider bio-resonance assessment rather than as a substitute for conventional laboratory testing, genetic testing or medical diagnosis.
A wide range of reference information
The Biophilia software contains a large number of frequency-reference databases, known within the system as “Etalons”.
These include reference categories relating to areas such as:
- foods
- nutritional and biochemical information
- vitamins and minerals
- trace elements
- environmental substances
- allergens
- microorganisms
- other biological and frequency-related information
The software’s reference categories are used to generate information for analysis within the system.
They should not be interpreted as establishing that a person has a particular allergy, infection, disease, deficiency or other medical condition.
Where appropriate, information generated during the assessment can instead be used as a starting point for discussion and further exploration.
What happens after the assessment?
Once the assessment has been completed, we review the information generated by the system.
Rather than focusing on a single reading, we look at the information as part of the overall picture and discuss what may be relevant to you.
Where appropriate, selected frequency-based programmes can then be incorporated into your Tuned Up session as part of our complementary approach.
The purpose is not to make a medical diagnosis, but to provide additional information and a personalised wellbeing experience.
A personalised approach
No two people are exactly the same. Your lifestyle, nutrition, hydration, stress levels, environment, sleep, activity and many other factors can influence how you feel from day to day.
For that reason, the information generated by the system is considered alongside what you tell us about yourself. We encourage you to ask questions and take an active role in understanding the information provided.
Our approach is centred around education, personal awareness and practical support rather than simply giving you a list of readings.
What bio-resonance can and cannot tell you
Bio-resonance can provide a different form of frequency-based information which may be useful as part of a complementary wellbeing assessment.
However, it is important to be clear about its limitations.
A Tuned Up bio-resonance assessment:
- is non-invasive
- provides system-generated frequency and energy-related measurements
- can be used to explore different areas of the body
- can provide information for discussion and personal awareness
- can form part of a broader complementary wellbeing programme
It is not intended to:
- diagnose disease or illness
- confirm or rule out a medical condition
- replace blood tests, laboratory testing or other clinical investigations
- establish that you have an infection
- establish that you have a food allergy or intolerance
- replace advice or treatment from a suitably qualified medical professional
If you have symptoms, have been diagnosed with a medical condition, or are concerned about your health, you should seek appropriate medical advice.

If you’re interested in finding out more about the Tuned Up bio-resonance assessment, get in touch.
We can explain how the process works, discuss whether a remote or in-person session is appropriate and answer any questions you may have before you decide whether it is right for you.

Remote or in-person sessions
You don’t necessarily need to travel to Tuned Up.
Bio-resonance sessions can be provided remotely where appropriate, allowing you to take part from the comfort of your own home.
If you prefer an in-person appointment, sessions are also available at our clinic near Canterbury.
We can discuss which format is most suitable for you when you make contact.
Combining bio-resonance with health coaching
For some people, receiving information is only the beginning.
If you would like additional practical support, Tuned Up also offers a three-month health coaching programme as well as a flexible pay-as-you-go option.
The coaching is education-based and client-led.
Together, we look at your individual goals and work towards practical, achievable changes rather than trying to change everything at once.
This can include areas such as:
- establishing better foundations around hydration and nutrition
- understanding the importance of nutrient-dense foods
- creating realistic and achievable goals
- finding appropriate forms of exercise without unnecessarily overtaxing yourself
- developing practical habits that fit into your everyday life
- exploring appropriate nutritional and lifestyle support
The emphasis is on education, understanding and achievable steps that you can realistically incorporate into your life.
Your health, your understanding, your choices
At Tuned Up, our aim is to give you more information and a greater understanding of your own wellbeing, while allowing you to remain actively involved in the decisions you make.
Bio-resonance is one part of the Tuned Up approach.
It can be combined with health coaching and, where appropriate, our in-person tuning-fork sound therapy to create a more individualised complementary wellbeing experience.
We don’t promise a particular medical outcome. Instead, we provide information, education and practical support to help you take a more informed approach to your wellbeing.
