Your health. Your life. Your choice.
A more personal approach to health and wellbeing
There is an enormous amount of information available about health and wellbeing.
The problem isn’t usually finding information.
It’s knowing what to do with it.
What applies to you? Where do you start? What should you change first? And how do you make those changes without trying to completely overhaul your life overnight?
This is where Tuned Up began.
I believe we are more than a collection of symptoms or a list of things that need fixing.
We are physical, emotional, mental and, for many of us, spiritual beings. These different aspects of ourselves can influence how we feel, how we live and how we respond to the world around us.
So rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I take the time to understand you.
I walk alongside you
My role isn’t to tell you how you should live your life.
It is to listen, ask questions, share knowledge and experience, and help you find practical steps that make sense for you.
Sometimes that means looking at nutrition, hydration, minerals, movement and everyday habits.
Sometimes it means exploring emotional patterns and experiences that may still be affecting you.
And sometimes you may simply need someone to listen without judgement and help you make sense of where you are and where you want to go next.
Whatever brings you to Tuned Up, the starting point is the same:
You.
Change doesn’t have to happen all at once
One of the biggest mistakes people can make is trying to change everything at the same time.
That can quickly become overwhelming.
Instead, I believe in understanding where you are now, identifying what matters most and taking manageable steps forward.
With health coaching, for example, we look at your lifestyle as a whole rather than concentrating on food alone. We explore nutrition, hydration, mineralisation, movement, relationships, home life, work, finances, creativity, spirituality and other areas that can influence your overall sense of wellbeing.
The objective is not perfection.
It is progress that you can actually maintain.
Three ways to work with Tuned Up
Tuned Up brings together three complementary approaches.
They can be used individually, depending on what you are looking for,
or considered alongside one another where appropriate.
If you feel overwhelmed by health information or simply don’t know where to start, health coaching provides a structured and personal way forward.
Together, we look at your current lifestyle, identify achievable areas for change and build your knowledge along the way.
Rather than giving you a huge list of things to change, we work through manageable steps and build from there.
Bio-resonance provides another way of exploring your individual starting point.
Using frequency-based technology, I can carry out a session in person or remotely and use the information generated as part of our wider conversation about your wellbeing.
The results can then help inform the areas we may choose to explore together.
Sound therapy can be wonderfully relaxing, but my approach is more targeted than simply surrounding you with sound.
I use specific tuning forks and frequencies while working directly with areas of the body and surrounding energetic field.
My approach also explores what I describe as accumulated energetic baggage and the emotional experiences associated with it.
The intention is to help you explore what you may still be carrying and develop a different relationship with experiences from your past.
It's about more than a treatment
For me, Tuned Up isn’t about putting you into a box and giving you a standard treatment because that’s what the system says you should have.
It’s about understanding the individual sitting in front of me.
I want you to feel comfortable enough to ask questions.
I want you to feel heard.
And I want you to leave with more understanding than you had when you arrived.
That might be new knowledge about your health.
It might be a different perspective on something you’ve been struggling with.
It might be discovering that a small change can make a surprisingly large difference to how you feel.
Or it might simply be having the space to stop, breathe and pay attention to yourself for a while.
Your part matters
I can give you information.
I can share what I have learned through years of study, experience and working with clients.
I can suggest ideas, offer practical steps and walk alongside you.
But I cannot do the work for you.
Real and lasting change requires your participation.
You have to decide what you are prepared to change, what you are willing to learn and what you are prepared to put into practice.
There are no guarantees, and there is no magic button.
There is, however, the possibility of making meaningful changes when you are ready to take responsibility for your own journey.
A safe place to start
You don’t need to arrive knowing exactly what you need.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
And you certainly don’t need to be embarrassed about where you are starting from.
I believe in meeting people where they are, without judgement.
If something doesn’t make sense, ask.
If you’re unsure, say so.
If you’ve tried something before and it didn’t work, tell me.
We’ll work from there.
Why Tuned Up?
I created Tuned Up because I believe people deserve a more individual approach to their health and wellbeing.
I’ve spent many years studying different approaches and building practical experience across health coaching, sound therapy and complementary wellbeing practices.
What I’ve learned is that there is rarely one single answer.
Sometimes the missing piece is knowledge.
Sometimes it’s consistency.
Sometimes it’s understanding what your body may be telling you.
Sometimes it’s dealing with something emotional that you’ve been carrying for years.
And sometimes it’s simply having someone beside you who can help you see the next step more clearly.
That’s what Tuned Up is here for.
To help you become more informed, more aware and more confident in making choices about your own wellbeing.
Start with a conversation
You don’t have to decide which service is right for you before getting in touch.
Tell me what’s brought you here.
Tell me what you’ve been struggling with.
Tell me what you’d like to change.
We’ll have a conversation and work out where the most sensible place to begin might be.
No pressure.
No judgement.
Just a conversation about you, where you are now, and where you’d like to go.
